Boden is awarded a project to develop a state of the art matrimony portal. .

In October 2007 Boden was awarded a vendor position on the state of North Dakota's Information Technology Department ( ITD) Contract Vendor Pool in the area of Web Design for both project-based and staff-augmentation work.

In May 2007 Boden was the only vendor awarded positions in all available categories on the Job Services of North Dakota (JSND) Contract Vendor Pool and is eligible for both project-based and staff-augmentation work.

In March 2007 Boden begins to use web-page building capabilities and graphical user design (GUI) capabilities at our Kaliningrad, Russia development center. Over the course of this year we will continue to expand on the offerings from this development center which is managed from the Boden office located in Belgium.

In March 2007 Boden was awarded a major contract with the Al Sorayai carpet manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia. Boden will be providing a customized Web-based ERP solution that is the first stage of a more complete Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) solution. Development is scheduled to begin in 2Q of 2007. This project was won through the efforts of Boden's offices in the United States and India in cooperation with our strategic partner, Scherpereel bvBa, located in Belgium. This project will be completed by using our US, Russian and Indian development centers.

CipherSoft Inc., a global leader in software conversion tools and services based in Calgary, Alberta, and Boden Inc. a New Jersey-based software development and IT solutions provider, recently announced the signing of an Alliance Partnership agreement. Boden joined CipherSoft's extensive Partner Program in February 2007 and will market, sell, and provide migration services for CipherSoft's Exodus migration tool in the US, Europe and the Middle East.
